Finserv India embraces the veteran credit counselors as well as certified credit experts, who are capable of offering accurate service after analyzing your credit report promptly. We are pioneer in offering accurate recommendations after the credit report analysis and are experts in maintaining the parameters. Thus we ensure that the services and related recommendations of our counselors are converted into healthy credit profiles. The subscription of our services is completely your decision. For this reason, we do not entertain any cancellation of subscription, holding or refunding of money once you have made the decision of joining us. In case you are not seeing any improvement in your credit score with in twelve months from the date of payment towards our service, then we will offer a 50% refund of your service charge (which you have paid) excluding the GST charges.

After enrolling to our services, we recommend to demand and get an invoice copy in mail from which is the support email address of Finserv India, in case if you have not received an invoice for your payment, either due to any technical error or manual error.
A customer is said to have enrolled for Finserv India service or an Finserv India customer, only if he or she holds and invoice copy for the payments done towards Finserv India.
In case a customer is not getting any followup calls or mails from Finserv India, due to any technical glitch or manual error, We recommend to contact us back till you get a proper resolution on our multiple channels like Phone numbers mention on this website or Email id mentioned on this website or through legitimate social media accounts using the social media links provided on this website.
We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service ("Service Providers"), to provide the Service on our behalf, to perform Service-related services or to assist us in analyzing how our Service is used.
These third parties have access to your Personal Data only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
