We may provide service for customers, of other third party or companies or individuals("Service Providers"). Service Providers are not allowed to collect any documents or payments from customers who are enrolling for FinservInd Credit Consultants services. We will not be responsible for any payments done by customers towards Service Providers.

Service providers are not allowed to explain FinservInd Credit Consultants service details or service duration details to customers before connecting customer with FinservInd Credit Consultants Official Relationship Manager. Service Providers are mediators to connect customers with FinservInd Credit Consultants. Each customer details (Customer Complete Name and Contact Number) need to be shared by service provider to serviceprovider@finservind.com. Service Provider should never share customer details as text message or On Voice call or on Messenger. Customers need to make payments to FinservInd Credit Consultants directly through Current Account Bank Transfer, Current Ac UPI Transfer, or by using Pay U Money payment gateway link on FinservInd Credit Consultants Website, Finservind.com.

Service providers are not allowed to accept any payments from FinservInd Credit Consultants customers in any manner.

Service Providers are not allowed to make payments to FinservInd Credit Consultants on behalf of the customer, neither communicate with FinservInd Credit Consultants over mail or Call or messenger, on behalf of the customer.

Its the sole responsibility of customer to make sure that all payments are done towards FinservInd Credit consultants and not to share any sensitive documents to service provider. We will not be responsible for any fake commitment given by service providers. In case of fake commitment given by service provider or employee, we strongly recommend not to accept our terms and conditions on either our compliance mail or on our compliance call where we will be elaborating the details of the service offered and not to make any payments towards our service. After accepting the terms and conditions either on our compliance mail or on compliance call, is considered as payments by accepting Finservind Credit Consultants Pvt Ltd terms and conditions, Disclaimer and FLCC Agreement.

After enrolling to our services, we recommend to demand and get an invoice copy in mail from support@finservind.com which is the support email address of FinservInd Credit Consultants, in case if you have not received an invoice for your payment, either due to any technical error or manual error.

A customer is said to have enrolled for FinservInd Credit Consultants service or FinservInd Credit Consultants customer, only if he or she holds and invoice copy for the payments done towards FinservInd Credit Consultants.

FinservInd Credit Consultants provides service to customers as per terms and conditions, Privacy Policy, User agreement and FLCC Agreement. FinservInd Credit Consultants is not answerable to service providers with regards to customers enrolled.

FinservInd Credit Consultants will be dealing with customers once customer enrolls for FinservInd Credit Consultants services and will not be answerable to service providers with regards to customer's service in any manner. All the communication with regards to service given to customers will be only with customers and not with service providers.

The subscription of our services is completely customers decision. For this reason, FinservInd Credit Consultants do not entertain any cancellation of subscription, holding or refunding of money once customer have made the decision of joining FinservInd Credit Consultants. 

Service provider accepts the Terms and Conditions of FinservInd Credit Consultants, and confirms that service provider have read and understood and Agree to the Terms and Conditions, Disclaimer, FLCC Agreement and Service Provider Agreement of FinservInd Credit Consultants Pvt Ltd. 

Service provider will be eligible for percentage sharing, on the payments which FinservInd Credit Consultants receives, through service provider reference. The payout for percentage sharing will be done on month on month basis to service providers account as shared while enrolling as a service provider with FinservInd Credit Consultants. Service Provider should send KYC Documents of their Company or Individual KYC to serviceprovider@finservind.com to verify their identity and for the safety and security of our customers. Service provider will not be eligible for payouts until KYC details are shared to serviceprovider@finservind.com.

FinservInd Credit Consultants and its owners/affiliates are not liable for damages caused to service providers or customer by any performance, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in transmission or operations, computer virus, communications line failure, and unauthorized access to the personal accounts. FinservInd Credit Consultants is not responsible for any technical failure or malfunctioning of the software or delays of any kind. We are also not responsible for non-receipt of enrollment details or e-mails.

FinservInd Credit Consultants along with its directors, employees, associates or other representatives and its Affiliates along with its directors, employees, associates or other representatives shall not be liable for damages or injury arising out of or in connection with the use of the Website or its non-use including non-availability, compensatory, direct, indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, income or profit, loss of or damage to property (including without limitation loss of profits, loss or corruption of data, loss of goodwill, work stoppage, computer failure or malfunction, or interruption of business; under any contract, negligence, strict liability or other theory arising out of or relating in any way to the Website, site-related services, or any products or services and claims of third parties damages or injury caused by any performance, failure of performance, error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, computer virus, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, alteration of, or use of information, whether resulting, in whole or in part, from or relating to any of the services offered or displayed by FinservInd CREDIT CONSULTANTS. on the Website. Service provider agrees that service provider have read and understood and agree to FinservInd Credit Consultants Terms and Conditions, Privacy Policy, User Agreement, Service Provider Agreement and FLCC Agreement on Finservind.com.

FinservInd Credit Consultants hereby expressly disclaims any implied warranties imputed by the laws of any jurisdiction. We consider ourselves and intend to be subject to the jurisdiction only of the courts of Bangalore in India. If you don't agree with any of our disclaimers above please do not read the material on any of our pages. This site is specifically for users in the territory of India. Although the access to users outside India is not denied, FinservInd Credit Consultants shall have no legal liabilities whatsoever in any laws of any jurisdiction other than India. FinservInd Credit Consultants reserve the right to terminate the accounts / subscription / service of subscribers / customers / service providers, who violate the proprietary rights, in addition to necessary legal action
